When will my product me shipped?
All products that are in stock will be shipped within 2 working days of the said order.
 
All pre-order products will be shipped as per dates mentioned within the said product descriptions.
 
Upon shipping a confirmation email will be send to the customer, confirming the shipping details i.e. Tracking number and the Courier company. In case of any queries you can always write to us at support@tplaykid.com
What products can I buy in exchange?
Any product/s of your liking can be bought in exchange, however the final price has to be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
Do you have a Cancellation policy?
You cancel you order any time before the same is shipped. However once an item is shipped no cancellations shall be accepted.
