Returns 
Our policy lasts 1 week. If 1 week has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Cancellation 


Cancellation of a product on the grounds of "not interested OR don't want it anymore" will be levied a transaction fees of 4% of the product value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any product received with the box tampered and/or the product broken, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any product damaged due to mishandling by the customer is not liable for Refund/Return/Replacement.

Any minor dents/tears to the product packaging which does not affect the product will not be entertained for any Refund/Return/Replacement/Store Credit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Order cancellation.
Order cancellation requests will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation request must be communicated directly on WhatsApp numbers within the allowed timeline.
A processing charge of 4% of the order value will be deducted on cancellation requests placed outside the allowed timeline.

Order changes/replacements.
Any changes requested by the customer to change the order or replace with another product must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
The same must be communicated directly on WhatsApp on numbers within the allowed timeline.
The product change/replacement must be of the same value.
In case the value is different from the original order placed, the original order will be cancelled and a refund will be initiated.
The customer is required to place a new order.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items/Items on Discount (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items on discount, using a coupon code or otherwise, cannot be  exchanged, replaced or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only accept items for refund, returns or replacement (if any available) if said item is defected or damaged in the following aspects.

-Missing or wrong limbs.
- Any visible breakage of a limb right out of the package

We examine action figures within package before shipping (to the best of our ability without opening the box), and open statues with your consent before shipping them out to ensure you receive the best product

Loose limbs, or joints, paint scuffs or issues that do not hinder the aesthetic value or functionality of the product are not liable for return, refund or replacement

Any breakage that occurs during play is not liable for any return, replacement or refunds.

Items bought during sales or from the on-sale section are not liable for any return, refund or replacement (exempted only to the above mentioned exceptions of incorrect limbs or broken on arrival). Pre-Order 
Orders in the Pre-Order section charge a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for pre-booking the product. 
The amount charged is not the FINAL cost of the product AND IS ONLY THE PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT. 
All Pre-Orders are considered FINAL once 24 hours have passed post placing the order. 
NO REFUNDS SHALL BE ENTERTAINED POST THE 24 HOURS HAVE PASSED OF BOOKING THE PRODUCT. 
In case of REFUND requested within 24 hours of BOOKING the product, the amount shall be transferred to your Bank account via NEFT post deducting applicable Bank Charges.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop No N12A, Elco Arcade- Hill Rd, California.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $500-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
